Terms of Service
- Defines product scope, user responsibilities, and service limitations.
- Covers account access rules, suspension/termination grounds, and liability limits.
- API access remains by request and approval.
Privacy Policy
- Describes what account, usage, billing, and security data is processed.
- Explains why data is processed and with which service providers it may be shared.
- Outlines retention, security practices, and user privacy rights.
Acceptable Use Policy
- Prohibits illegal use, abuse of free-tier resources, and security bypass attempts.
- Disallows mass account creation and quota/rate-limit evasion.
- Defines enforcement actions: restriction, suspension, or termination.
Refund and Billing Policy
- Explains free tier, subscription, top-up mechanics, and minute accounting.
- Defines payment failure handling and renewal/cancellation behavior.
- Specifies refund exceptions for duplicates, technical billing errors, or legal requirements.
Repository Documents
Canonical texts are versioned in repository docs and should be reviewed with legal counsel before broad public launch.
